Hybrid remote, with travel to sites in Cheltenham, Portsmouth, Falmouth, Huddersfield and across Europe.

Are you an experienced Programme or Project Manager from a manufacturing, process engineering, automation or similar technical background looking to join a global specialist where you can take ownership of high-value programmes, influence business strategy and play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects?

The company is a well-established global manufacturer with over 50 years of success, delivering innovative engineering solutions across a range of industries. As they continue to expand across the UK and Europe, they are looking to recruit an experienced Programme Manager to support their continued growth and drive operational excellence.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the operational, financial and strategic delivery of multiple programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, NPI, Operations and Commercial departments. You'll work closely with sites across the UK and Europe, with regular travel forming part of the position.

This role would suit a Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar professional from a manufacturing or engineering environment looking to join a global organisation offering autonomy, long-term career progression and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

The Role:

*Managing the operational, financial and strategic delivery of multiple engineering programmes
*Acting as the key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
*Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, NPI, Operations and senior leadership
*Highly autonomous role with travel across the UK and Europe

The Person:

*Programme Management or Senior Project Management experience
*Background within manufacturing, process engineering, automation or a similar engineering environment
*Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management skills
*Full UK passport and willingness to travel internationally
