Programme Manager (Retail Banking)

You will join a growing IT consultancy who are driving digital transformation and sustainable solutions for the world’s leading financial organisations. The company is working with numerous aspects of pioneering technologies including cloud engineering (partnerships with AWS, Azure and GCP), AI, Machine Learning and blockchain. As the Programme Manager you will join the Delivery Management practice within the Retail Banking division, to set up Retail/Neo banking cloud based solutions, along with delivering end to end banking capabilities, customer account migration and establishing cloud IT banking operations.

Main responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple large scale programmes within the Retail Banking division
Manage stakeholder relationships and engage with senior executives
Develop and implement governance processes, standards and methodologies to ensure effective programme management and delivery
Manage budges and resource allocation for programmes
Partner with Business and Technology stakeholders to align on delivery and ensure business value is achieved

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Programme Manager in the retail banking industry
Strong experience delivering end-to-end banking solutions, testing and migration to the cloud and setting up cloud IT banking operations
Core banking experience e.g Thought Machine, Mambu, 10x, Temenos, Finastra (desirable)
Strong stakeholder management
Strong leadership and decision making skills
