Programme PMO - Insurance

This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme PMO to join a Insurance Firm on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Senior PMO with Financial Services, FinTech or Insurance experience.

The ideal candidate for this Programme PMO Leader position brings demonstrated experience in leading a PMO team and in-depth knowledge of portfolio management. You have showcased your capability to employ state-of-the-art technology for underwriting and have experience in safeguarding customers from significant business risks. You are committed to fostering a diverse corporate culture of transparency and appreciation, and have shown your capability to optimally develop talent.

Key experience required;

• Demonstrated experience as a PMO Team Leader.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio management.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse corporate culture of transparency and appreciation.
• Capability to optimally develop talent and excellent communication skills essential
• Proficiency with related project tools including but not limited to MS Office, MS Project, Enterprise Project Management tools
• Proven experience supporting major programs requiring interacting with regulators, either from a policy or supervisory perspective.
• Have professional presentation skills, including excellent writing and public speaking capabilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
