Programme Stakeholder Engagement Manager

This role supports major capital programmes that shape the experience at Heathrow. It focuses on building effective working relationships across operational, airline and programme teams within a live airport environment.

You will work with stakeholders including Operations, Team Heathrow, airline partners and internal programme teams to support clear communication and shared understanding of programme activity.

This role contributes to change across Heathrow by helping programmes move forward in a structured and consistent way that benefits passengers and partners.

• Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans to support programme delivery
• Map and prioritise stakeholders across internal and external groups
• Support clear communication between the programme and our operational teams and partners
• Track stakeholder interactions and follow up on actions
• Help align programme activity with operational and business priorities
• Support alignment across the programme teams 

• Experience in a programme or project environment
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across organisations
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activity
• Awareness of working in a complex operational environment
• Ability to manage changing priorities and support practical outcomes
• Good organisation and planning skills

Desirable 

• Experience in aviation, infrastructure or regulated environments
• Familiarity with digital tools for stakeholder engagement
