The Programme Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and coordination of training for a Salesforce transformation programme within financial services (sector experience nice to have but not essential). Ensure training content reflects financial-services processes, controls, data requirements and regulatory expectations. Establish a network of trainers, super-users and change champions to provide ongoing support. Support the transition from programme delivery to business-owned learning and continuous improvement.

Proven experience managing training for large-scale Salesforce or CRM implementations. Strong knowledge of learning strategy, instructional design and blended delivery methods. Experience working within financial services, with an understanding of regulated environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
