Job Description - Progress Chaser - Car Supermarket

An outstanding automotive retailer has a requirement for a Progress Chaser to join their busy used car operation in Hinckley.

What you’ll be doing

Managing daily appointments and coordinating the sales team to ensure all vehicles are cleaned, prepped, and ready to be viewed

Liaising with Sales, Valeting, and the Prep Centre to make sure sold vehicles are ready for customer handover

Overseeing the smooth running of the showroom and supporting the sales process, working closely with sales controllers to maximise every opportunity

Handling any aftersales issues professionally and efficiently

Checking in all new stock arriving from the Prep Centre, ensuring vehicles meet our high preparation standards before going on sale

Requirements

A highly organised, detail-driven individual who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with multiple departments

A hands-on, proactive approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service

A confident team player who can take responsibility and drive results

Full UK driving licence required

Benefits

They are offering a £30,000 basic salary for a 42 hour week.
