Project Accountant

Macildowie are working exclusively with a fantastic, growing client based in Warwickshire to recruit a commercially aware Project Accountant to join a dynamic and fast-scaling business operating across EMEA.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, with a hybrid working model - one day per week in their office, plus occasional travel to London and European hubs.

You'll work closely with an experienced Finance Business Partner and the Head of Finance, supporting project accounting while embedding month-end rigour and forecast accuracy into financial processes. The business has grown rapidly post-Covid, doubling revenues to £45m with an ambitious trajectory to reach £100m.

What you'll be doing:

• Project financial support and rolling forecast ownership
• Month-end reporting, journal prep, variance analysis
• Collaborate across teams to reduce nonvalue-add activity
• Work with systems and Excel to support automation, insight and controls
• Build relationships across finance and non-finance teams

What we're looking for:

• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA (study support available)
• Comfortable with monthly financial routines and project-based reporting
• Strong Excel skills and systems curiosity
• Driven, positive team player with commercial edge
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
