An impressive Property developer and manager is looking for a Project Accountant to focus on the German investments and development projects of their fast growing portfolio.

This role is integral to communicating the financial performance and status across the assets and will be working closely with the Financial Controller

Key responsibilities

• Statutory accounts preparation and review of German entities
• Quarterly cash flow forecasting across the various projects
• Variance analysis for management reporting packs
• Review of monthly VAT returns
• Complex bank review and reconciliation ensuring draw-downs for projects closely monitored
• Working with 3rd party stakeholders and ensuring compliance

Key Requirements

• Working business German ability
• Working knowledge within Real Estate, Hospitality or construction
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified ideally
• Strong knowledge in controls and processing
