Role Snapshot / Features
* Log enquiries, quotes and delivery dates in Keylink; enter accurate orders in NAV
* Chase drawings, call-offs and clarifications to keep engineers moving
* Maintain a rolling six-week forecast so production meets every deadline
* Spot pricing or carriage discrepancies early and flag to the team
* Answer the technical phone line promptly; update the CRM after every call

You'll Need
* Recent admin / sales-support experience with some phone work
* Eagle-eye for numbers, dates and product codes
* Solid CRM / ERP and MS Office skills
* Friendly communicator who keeps customers updated
