Project Administrator

My client requires a project administrator to join an established team in Canary Wharf, London who are working on a large engineering project.

The position will require someone to work alongside the project manager and the team in place at Canary Wharf who are working on a large Fit out project.

You will ideally need to have past experience working in a construction or engineering environment multi tasking across a number of different duties.

Duties:

Using Viewpoint, Excel (4Projects)

Raising PO’s

Managing documentation

Checking labour schedules

Liaising with the client on upcoming access areas

Product procurement

Occasional participation in site meetings

The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to work under their own abilities as and when required.

Full training on all systems, processes will be given, and this role will offer progression within the business.

This role will involve on-site working hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Starting salary £35,000 + package & benefits.
