Project Administrator

St. Albans, Hertfordshire

£24,500 + Pension + Parking

This role would suit an organised Project Administrator looking to take the next step in their career, excellent prospects are available for the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

- Setting up details of new projects to be completed on behalf of clients on the computer system

- Ensuring that project team have materials and equipment needed to complete tasks and achieve SLAs

- Tracking projects being completed from instigation stage and producing weekly management reports

- Acting as main point of contact for clients and project team during project progress

- Costing work completed, raising client invoice and recording payments received on accounts system

- Managing project teams expenses, checking receipts and processing for payment
