Job Description - Project Administrator

The Opportunity:
Project Administrator | £25,000–£28,000 | Engineering/Manufacturing | Full-Time

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience supporting large-scale projects? We’re recruiting a Project Administrator to join a dynamic team leading the implementation of a brand-new ERP system across the business, with a go-live target of April 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the project at its earliest stages, giving you the chance to help shape the process and provide essential support to keep everything running smoothly.

???????Key Responsibilities:

Take accurate minutes during key project meetings, enabling the Project Manager and team to focus on discussions and decision-making
Create and maintain process flowcharts (experience with Visio or similar software is highly desirable)
Organise and manage meeting invites and schedules
Distribute project-related information and updates
Provide general ad-hoc administrative support to the project team

What We’re Looking For:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or professional services environments
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Professional, approachable, and a team player

Salary & Contract:

£25,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
Full-time position, aligned with the duration of the ERP project
