Project Administrator Leeds – LS9 | Office Based | Full-Time | Permanent 40 Hours Per Week | 8:00am – 5:00pm Up to £31,000 Depending on Experience
ST TALENT are recruiting for a Project Administrator on behalf of an established business based in Leeds.
Working closely with the Technical, Sales and Project Management teams, this role will play a key part in ensuring projects move smoothly through the design and delivery process. You will act as the link between departments, coordinating workloads, tracking project progress and helping to ensure customer expectations and internal deadlines are aligned.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being at the centre of multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule design and technical drawing requests
* Monitor workloads within the technical team and assist with planning priorities
* Liaise with Sales, Project Managers and Technical teams to ensure projects remain on track
* Track project progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders
* Manage and monitor drawing approvals, revisions and customer feedback
* Support project handovers from Sales into the delivery team
* Attend and assist with project handover meetings
* Maintain accurate project records and system updates
* Provide general administrative support across the business
* Answer incoming calls and greet visitors when required
About You
* Previous administration, project coordination or scheduling experience
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise across multiple departments
* Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
* Comfortable using business systems and Microsoft Office
* Proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved where needed
* Experience within a project-led environment would be advantageous
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required due to the location of the business
