PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY: £18.50 per hour (umbrella assignment rate)
LOCATION: Coventry
CONTRACT: 6-9 Month Temporary Contract
HOURS: Minimum 30 hours per week – flexible working pattern

Red Rock Consultants are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an experienced Project Administrator to join their team on a 6–9 month temporary contract.

This is an important role supporting the project team during a period of maternity cover. The successful candidate will need previous project or contract administration experience and be confident working independently from day one.

THE ROLE

* Providing day-to-day project and contract administration support.

* Managing project documentation, records and general administration.

* Supporting the wider project team and helping to keep projects running smoothly.

* Working alongside and providing guidance to a trainee within the team.

* Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams as required.

* Using existing systems and processes, with training provided where necessary.

THE PERSON

* Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar project-based role.

* Experience working within FM, construction, civils, engineering or a similar environment would be beneficial.

* Confident working independently and able to hit the ground running.

* Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

* Good communication and administration skills.

* Experience with Cloud FM or Astara/SixUse would be useful but is not essential as training will be provided.
