Duties include, but are not limited to the following tasks as requested by the Project Manager:
Assist the Project Manager with various project related tasks. Assist in the creation and editing of a variety to documents in MS Word, Excell, and Power Point and convert and assemble in Adobe PDF and distribute for review.
Assist in creation, editing and use of various templates and schedules.
Assist with the compilation of CTRs and budgets.
Assist with the editing and distribution of tracking reports and project cost summaries.
Assist in the compilation and checking of summaries and data for month end invoicing.
Assist with any other project administration tasks as required.
Attending Weekly meetings, HIRA’s, etc taking minutes and recording of outstanding issues.
Updating weekly & monthly reports.
Issuing medical and insurance declarations.
Assisting in compiling end of project reports and data for issuing to clients.
Maintain, monitor, and assess project and company statistics.
