What You'll Do:
As a Project Administrator, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything flows seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing schedules for for multiple engineers
Coordinating appointments with precision
Communicating effectively with team members and clients
Maintaining accurate records and databases, keeping trackers updated
Responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanour
Supporting various administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly

Who You Are:
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for organisation and a commitment to excellence. You should have-

Previous experience in scheduling or administration
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
An eye for detail and a knack for multitasking
A positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit!
