Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a knack for scheduling and project administration? We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Ashford based client . In this role, you will be at the heart of all projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule activities for our team of engineers, ensuring optimal productivity and resource allocation.
• Oversee daily project administration tasks to support project managers and other team members.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and status updates for internal use and client communication.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, alerting stakeholders to potential delays or overages.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all project teams and departments.
