Project & Infrastructure Finance ED (Jnr/Mezz Debt)

We’re working with a well-established international financial institution looking to hire an experienced professional into their Project & Infrastructure Finance team, with a focus on junior/mezzanine debt. This is a senior, front-office role where you’ll lead a small team, take ownership of deal origination and execution, and help grow an important part of the business.

What you’ll be doing...

1. Leading and developing a junior/mezz debt offering within project & infrastructure finance
2. Originating and executing transactions across asset-backed and project finance deals
3. Managing and supporting a team, including oversight of deal processes
4. Driving revenue growth and delivering against team targets
5. Developing new products and exploring new market opportunities
6. Building relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners

What they’re looking for...

1. Experience in structured or project finance, ideally with exposure to junior/mezz debt
2. A track record of originating and executing deals
3. Experience managing or mentoring team members
4. Understanding of structured finance products (e.g. CLO, ABS, SRT) is helpful
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
