Proximity Recruitment are searching for an experienced Project & Marketing Manager to join a well-established, family-run B2B marketing agency delivering high-impact creative, digital, and branding solutions, based in Towcester. With a loyal client base across manufacturing, healthcare, and construction, they combine big agency thinking with a personal touch.

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a hands-on Project & Marketing Manager to bring structure, energy, and commercial focus to the studio and client delivery.

A varied and rewarding role that blends project management, studio oversight, and B2B marketing delivery. You’ll ensure smooth operations, lead client projects from brief to completion, and help evolve their internal systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage creative, digital, and branding projects.
• Oversee studio workflow and resourcing.
• Improve internal processes and team coordination.
• Support and deliver B2B marketing activity (e.g. email, content, social).
• Build strong client relationships and ensure timely, quality delivery.

About You:

• Experienced in project management and/or agency marketing
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• Confident managing clients and internal teams
• Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
• Enthusiastic about B2B marketing and making things happen
