A dynamic, design-led architectural practice in Central London is looking for a talented Project Architect to join its collaborative and expanding team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work across the residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors, the studio provides an exciting opportunity to lead projects across all RIBA stages in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion

• Drive design development, planning submissions, and technical delivery

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders

• Prepare and review detailed drawings, reports, and specifications

• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture

Experience Required:

• ARB-registered architect with demonstrable UK project experience

• Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency across all RIBA stages

• Proficient in both Vectorworks and ArchiCAD (essential)

• Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative in approach
