Project Architect - Technical Interior Delivery Hospitality Project

A mid-sized architectural studio with a 20 year legacy in residential and mixed-use schemes are looking for a Project Architect to work on a technical interior delivery project for a new 5* hospitality development in London.

They need someone who has experience with ideally both residential multi-unit schemes as well as hospitality projects. Experience in technical interior delivery at RIBA Stage 4 is a must as this will be the main immediate focus of the role.

Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate on a major new build at RIBA Stage 4
Design construction documents and project management
Collaborate with design team and consultants

Qualifications
ARB Registered Architect with 5+ years experience
Proficiency in Revit is a must
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong technical expertise related to design and construction especially interior architecture
