Job Description - Project CAD Coordinator

PROJECT CAD COORDINATOR – 2D AutoCAD

Location: South Cheshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project CAD Coordinator to join a leading UK manufacturer of pumps and pumping systems.

The role will focus on adoptable pumping stations, producing technical drawing packs, managing approvals and amendments, and supporting projects through to final sign-off.

Key Responsibilities for the Project CAD Coordinator job:

Produce 2D AutoCAD mechanical drawings

Prepare technical drawing and project documentation

Support site engineers with technical queries

Manage drawing revisions and approvals

Prepare O&M manuals and project files

Liaise with clients and internal teams

Skills and experience required for the Project CAD Coordinator job:

Mechanical engineering experience or qualification

Proficient in 2D AutoCAD

Able to interpret technical specifications and produce engineering drawings

Understanding of pumps, pipework, valves and fluid handling systems

Strong communication and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Able to manage multiple deadlines and work as part of a team
