Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Management Team in the management of cross-functional teams to deliver allocated projects within the contracted timescales, scope of work and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal IN2 stakeholders and supporting departments to ensure the implementation of campaigns and specific deliverables are on time and to the required quality.
• Monitor outputs from cross-functional teams to identify actionable insights to share with the Project Management Team and other internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery and wider project aims and objectives.
• Help maintain internal project databases to support tracking project performance.
• Draft regular and ad-hoc reports on the progress and status of the project, as well as other reporting as required.
• Identify and support the implementation of innovative new tools, methods, topics and strategies for communications outputs and processes.
• Provide ad-hoc support to Project Management Team as required.
• Deputise for Project Implementation Manager as required and/or other Programme Department staff as requested.
• Ensure compliance with IN2 cyber and physical security protocols and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent English language skills; strong written English and experience editing and drafting English language content.
• Proficient in written and spoken Arabic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of and prior experience working on MENA projects at IN2.
• Strong grounding in research and analysis, some experience in communications design or output preferred.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work on own initiative.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
• Comfortable synthesising inputs and presenting in written, visual or verbal form to the Project Management Team.
• 2-4 years professional experience in a project or research-based environment.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
