As a Project Consultant, you will manage key healthcare and construction stakeholders to guide projects from enquiry through specification to delivery, ensuring safety and compliance. Description

• Lead sales across commercial and capital construction projects
• Build strong relationships with architects and main contractors
• Provide expert advice on product use and technical integration
• Develop clear, compliant specifications with internal support
• Manage projects from enquiry through to successful delivery
• Conduct regular UK-wide site visits to support project progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging
• Maintain a strong, up-to-date project pipeline through CRM

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a confident and driven sales professional with proven experience in construction consultancy or project sales, ideally working with main contractors, architects, or specifiers. You'll have a solid understanding of capital projects, construction timelines, and technical specifications, with the ability to read architectural drawings. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a self-motivated approach and willingness to travel across the UK. Knowledge of mental health or healthcare sectors is a plus but not required.

Job Offer

• A competitive base salary of approximately £50,000.
• On-target earnings (OTE) of up to £85,000.
