Project / Contracts Manager - Fit Out & Cladding

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Project / Contracts Manager to join a well-established principal contractor delivering refurbishment, fit-out and building services projects across London and the Home Counties.

This is a roving role, overseeing multiple live projects and ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders
Monitoring programme, quality and health & safety
Managing project documentation and reporting
Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project deliveryRequirements:

Previous experience as a Project / Contracts Manager working for a main contractor
Refurbishment, fit-out or M&E project experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS and First AidThis is an excellent long-term freelance opportunity with an established contractor offering a varied project portfolio
