About the Role
We support various sectors in delivering complex, multimillion-pound portfolios of work. We seek driven and ambitious individuals interested in management consultancy and career advancement.
As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for:

Planning
Scheduling
Resource management
Risk assessment
Cost-control
Estimating
Project communication

About You
As a consultant with us, you’ll be proactive, curious, and possess excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. You will be an effective communicator, an open and collaborative team player, and passionate about continuous learning.
You should demonstrate project management capabilities (direct or transferable) gained in industry or consulting environments, including:

Experience in at least one of the following: project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk assessment, or resource management
Proficiency in Earned Value Management or estimating techniques is advantageous, as is exposure to Primavera P6 for project planning specialists
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders on client sites
Good analytical skills to address complex issues and communicate solutions clearly
An eagerness to develop within a consulting environment and a consulting mindset
A relevant qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, PPQ, PRINCE2, PMP) is beneficial
Good commercial acumen
