Role: EA / Project Coordinator
Start: ASAP
Location: City of London
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 (hybrid working, 3 days in-office)
Salary: Up to £50,000
Benefits: Discretionary bonus, 5% employee pension, 25 days’ holiday (increasing to 28 after 4 years), Christmas and New Year off, 2 volunteering days, 1 day off for life events, and private medical insurance

Company Overview:

Fantastic opportunity to join a busy office in the City of London as an EA / Project Coordinator. This position supports the Global Function Team, which includes the MD, three Consultants, and two Associates. It's a fast-paced and dynamic environment, so they’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, has excellent attention to detail, and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary management, including scheduling client and candidate meetings and arranging interviews across time zones
• Preparing client materials and candidate profiles, and presenting team and market data
• Managing financial aspects of the billing process
• Booking complex travel arrangements
• Providing general administrative support
• Covering reception duties when required

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as an EA, Project Coordinator, or in another fast-paced role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage shifting priorities and schedules
• A proactive attitude, energy, and the ability to work independently
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
