Role Overview

A dynamic and detail-oriented individual is sought for a varied role that blends project coordination, data analysis, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident in driving operational improvements through data insights and collaboration.

• Support project delivery across sales, operations, and project management teams
• Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain and update project schedules, documentation, and internal systems
• Respond to customer enquiries and liaise with suppliers and accounts
• Assist with team communications and administrative tasks
• Contribute to customer satisfaction efforts and overall team efficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with business analysis experience
• Proficient in Excel for data handling and process automation
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Confident in influencing change and collaborating across teams
• Personable, reliable, and self-motivated
• Industry knowledge (e.g., construction) is a plus
