Join a Growing Team near Tonbridge in a beautiful new office. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join a thriving business.

This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of essential administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. While previous billing experience would be an advantage, it’s not essential — your keen eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and proactive approach will be your greatest assets.
Daily tasks will include:

• Working of new projects.
• Overseeing monthly billing invoices
• Managing supplier charge uploads and resolving queries
• Coordinating meetings and appointments
• Supporting project administration for new clients
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors
