Job Description - Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR

An exciting permanent opportunity to support a construction company in making world-class designs as a project coordinator!

PROJECT COORDINATOR ROLE:

Maintaining the company's CAD drawing folders and register
Assisting with site inductions
Submitting drawings to clients
Assisting with operations and maintenance manuals
Maintaining client project team details
Making changes to CAD drawings
Creating, uploading and sending benchmarks
Creating weekly reports and programmes
Completing snag sheets
Maintaining hard copy folders on all projects

PROJECT COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:

Minimum 12 months in an administrative role
Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
