Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the office

About the Company Our client is a well-established technology business based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. They specialise in developing advanced communication solutions for environments across a wide range of industries worldwide.
They are looking for an organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration experience who enjoys working within technical project environments. You’ll support project and programme managers in delivering complex projects on time and within budget, while also providing essential administrative support across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities As a Project Co-ordinator, you will:

• Support project set-up, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Track activities, escalating risks/issues and ensuring timely completion.
• Assist with project financials and prepare performance/budget reports.
• Provide administrative support including POs, scheduling, travel, and communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project meetings.

What We’re Looking For The successful candidate will bring:

• Strong administration experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP tools and JIRA (desirable).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
