Project Co-Ordinator

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to join our technical team. This role is key to supporting product development and trials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, accurately documented, and aligned with customer requirements. You will work closely with technical, quality, and operational teams, liaising across departments to keep projects running smoothly and stakeholders fully informed.

• Plan, schedule, and co-ordinate product trials and development projects.
• Prepare and maintain accurate trial documentation and reports.
• Liaise with teams to allocate resources, resolve issues, and meet deadlines.
• Review trial outcomes (lab results, reports, customer feedback) and agree next steps.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and occasional industry events.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in IT systems, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-focused, resilient, and able to work to deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of textiles (a technical background is desirable but not essential).
