Project Coordinator

Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected provider of commercial services including electrical, mechanical, data & IT solutions, to recruit a Project Coordinator.

We’re looking for proactive, organised PMO Support professionals to join a fast‑paced project delivery teams. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish, supporting coordination, administration, finance, and communication across internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project coordination — Supporting planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

* Project administration — Maintaining documentation, reports, and compliance records

* Stakeholder communication — Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients

* Financial and operational support — Assisting with budgets, tracking, and operational processes

* Quality and compliance — Ensuring standards, processes, and health & safety requirements are met

* Ownership of smaller projects — Leading selected workstreams with support from senior colleagues

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in project coordination, administration, PMO, or similar support roles

* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

* Confident communication and relationship‑building abilities

* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused mindset

* Comfort working in a fast‑paced delivery environment

* Awareness of health & safety documentation (advantageous)
