Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Project Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis.
Job Role:
*
Collaborating with project managers to plan, schedule and coordinate project activities for timely delivery
*
Monitoring project progress, deadlines and budgets, proactively addressing deviations
*
Preparing detailed project documentation, including scope documents, business cases, project plans, status reports and meeting minutes
*
Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment
*
Tracking project expenses and resources, maintaining accurate records and producing reports
*
Supporting risk management and issue resolution, escalating challenges promptly to minimise disruptions
*
Contributing to improving project management practices by implementing best practices and process enhancements
Skills and experience:
*
Proven experience in project coordination or project administration, with a strong track record of delivering projects successfully
*
Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
*
Ability to effectively prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
*
Driven, passionate and can-do attitude
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*

In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating and supporting the successful delivery of strategic IT and business projects, as well as critical internal initiatives. You’ll work closely with project managers, stakeholders and vendors, gaining valuable exposure to project delivery, stakeholder communication, risk management and process improvement within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
