Job Description - Project Coordinator

Overview
The Project Co-Ordinator will be brought in to deliver small work-packages, co-ordinate resources and manage specific work streams within an IT project reporting into a project manager. You will need to develop and maintain detailed plans for delivery of these packages or work stream, identifying activities, tasks, dependencies and milestones in projects, as well as identify and manage risks and issues and escalate where necessary.

This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in the office.

The Team
The Consultancy Project Management team are key to delivering a wide range of projects across our portfolio of customers. Our team has project co-ordinators of various levels within, and we aim to create a friendly and supportive environment where everyone can develop their skills and experience, and progress within their careers.

The Role
Skills & experience:
Knowledge of IT Project Management Methodology (preferred)
Previously worked in a project environment
Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers of varying seniority
Strong verbal communication skills, especially for presentations to clients and in managing team members
Very good people interaction skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
MS Office and basic knowledge of MS Project
Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within IT

Desirable Skills:
PRINCE2 Foundation or higher
