This multi-disciplinary chartered construction company has had massive success in the industry, doubling its turnover consistently. They cover construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects for public and private sector clients. The business has a dynamic and inclusive culture that encourages support, training, and development across all areas. Due to their exciting growth plans, they are looking to bring a Project Coordinator into the business to play a key part in their next phase of growth.

In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with Project Managers to support the successful delivery of planned works and maintenance projects. It's a dynamic and fast-paced position involving a range of responsibilities across project planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and quick to learn new systems and processes. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team. While prior experience in construction isn't essential, a genuine interest in the industry is preferred.

The Role:

• Support the delivery of planned and maintenance projects in collaboration with Project Managers and under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
• Track project progress, report updates, and coordinate using management tools.
• Ensure all company vehicles and tools are properly maintained & regularly serviced.
• Full training and support
• Office-based role in Hemel Hempstead
