Are you a Project Coordinator or similar with experience working within the Live or Corporate Events background, looking to join an industry leading business offering the exciting opportunity to work on some of the most engaging and sought after events in the UK?

This company is one of the UK's leading technical event production companies, in the last 5 years they have more than doubled their headcount, looking for a new project manager to support the team as they expand more. They are proud to combine cutting edge technology with innovative creation, split across the whole spectrum of live event sectors including corporate, private, public, sporting and live music. In this office-based role, you will be responsible for the smooth running and coordination of some of the best Corporate Events across the UK. Working closely with the Project Manager and Hire Coordinators, you will coordinate multiple large- and small-scale projects. Communicating directly with crew teams and technician, you will book transport and equipment to ensure all projects have the viable staffing and facilities to run as smooth as possible.

This role would suit a Project Coordinator or similar from a Live or Corporate Events background looking to join an industry leading business.

The Role:

Support Project Managers/Hire coordinators with the successful planning and delivery of events
Coordinate multiple large- and small-scale projects and tasks, with competing priorities
Book and manage crew, transport, and resources, including the creation of crew communication documents
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pmThe Person:
