Are you a Project Coordinator with a Property Maintenance background looking to join one of the leading Property maintenance company in the South West region?

Do you want to join a business that is known for delivering some of the most complex and technical within the Property Maintenance sector?

This company have been trading for 26 years and have become one of the go to names in this sector and have gone from strength to strength in the last 2 decades.

In this role, you will be managing a team on various projects from inception to completion, dealing with client and customer queries on technical specifications.

This role would suit a Project Manager with Construction background that is looking to join one of the leading companies in this space.

The Person:

• Project Management background.
• Property Maintenance background.
• Commutable distance to Bristol.

The role:

• Manage and respond to daily project requirements, produce progress reports, and attend weekly meetings.
• Manage projects from inception to completion - ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Organize operating and maintenance instructions for projects.
