Location: Commutable to Paddock Wood

Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000

The role of the Project Coordinator - Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:

• Project Coordinator position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and cladding systems
• Supporting the Contracts Managers and site teams in the planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution of projects
• Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver project status reports to managers
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
• Place material orders in line with project requirements and delivery dates
• Organise plant hire, delivery, and collection, including crane lifts as required
• Working on projects ranging in value up to £6m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:

• Must have project coordination or associated experience such as procurement, buying or scheduling
• Experience in the construction industry, ideally familiar with roofing, cladding or facades
• High levels of organisation with the ability to manage diary
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver
• Ability to work autonomously
