We have been instructed to support one of our niche regulatory consultancy clients with the appointment of a newly created Project Delivery Consultant role that is integral to their on-going growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement Delivery:
• Providing ongoing operational support of client engagements in accordance with the Engagement Lifecycle process.
• Supporting the quality assurance of consultant’s output e.g., data extraction analysis & benchmarking process and other propositions.
• Liaising with client stakeholders as and when required.
• Supporting the (safe and compliant) transfer of documents and data between the business and their clients.
Operational Excellence / Managing Consultants:
• Act as a point of contact for external consultants in support of the Project Delivery Manager.
• Supporting other project related duties as and when required.
• Supporting the management of IT issues, information security and user issues.
• Supporting and promoting the ISO27001 & IS9001 related processes and controls.
• Updating Commercial administration through the engagement lifecycle.
Business Development:
• Attending client meetings and ongoing relationship management from time to time and as required.
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the reputation of the firm internally and externally.
• Identifying opportunities for organic growth and mutual value during engagement delivery.
SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements and Qualifications:
• QCF Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (ideal but not essential)
• A minimum of 3 years experience within wealth management (with at least 2 years in compliance/regulatory focused roles)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages (Pipedrive & QuickBooks)
