Are you a natural organiser with a flair for communication and a passion for delivering projects that make a real impact?

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Project Delivery Manager to join a values-led consultancy that specialises in creative internal communications and employee engagement. You'll be part of a collaborative team working across varied client accounts to bring bold ideas to life, on time, on budget, and with real attention to detail.
What you’ll be doing:

Plan and manage multiple projects from brief to delivery
Liaise with clients and internal teams to define scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Keep communication flowing, internally and externally, to ensure seamless delivery
Monitor progress, flag risks, and adjust timelines or resource needs where necessary
Take ownership of project documentation, reporting, billing, and evaluation
Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms and post-project retrospectives
Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and strategists to create brilliant outcomes

What we’re looking for:

project management or delivery experience (in-house or agency-side)
Organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure
Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
A natural problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment
Comfortable working in Gantt charts, Excel, Trello (or similar tools)
Ideally some knowledge of Agile methodology and PMI/APM training
