Working at a key member of the Delivery team,  you will assure and have direct responsibility for coordinating the effective operation of and upgrade of various sites in the clients portfolio.  this will be a varied role  Where communication and organisational skills will be at the top of the list for success in this role!

•  Act as Intelligent Customer for client Outstations.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure their capability requirements are met;
• Agree & monitor the delivery programme and ensure remedial/repair actions are carried out to target and/or contracted timescales.
•  Ensure delivery of Outstation requirements and projects & management of VBA budget.
•  Coordinate Outstation ABC bids in accordance with the outstation delivery programme.
• Liaise with DIO and internal & external stakeholders to ensure compliance with energy, waste and other environmental issues. Undertake other Outstation related tasks as identified by the line management chain.

Skills / experience required for this role:

1. MS O365 proficient.
2. Project management experience
3. Excelled stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
4. Strong presentation and communication skills.
5. Organised with ability to work on own initiative

Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To gain this they will be required to be a Sole UK national,  Hybrid working from home/Assystem Office

This role requires the successful candidate to hold (or be able to obtain) a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.
