We are proud to represent a respected geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy based in Warwick, currently seeking a Project Engineer with 1-3 years of industry experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills across site investigation, project delivery, and technical reporting within a highly regarded consultancy setting.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, technically experienced team delivering ground investigation projects across a range of sectors, including residential developments, commercial, industrial projects, educational facilities (e.g., schools), and environmentally-led schemes. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional to build broad, hands-on experience in both field and office-based work, with strong opportunities for progression and continued development.

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed
• BSc (or higher) in Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Science or a related subject
• 1-3 years' experience within a geotechnical or geo-environmental consultancy
• Practical experience with ground investigation and site supervision
• Familiarity with soil and rock logging, sampling techniques, and in-situ testing
• Basic report writing and project administration skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Approximately 60% of the role is site-based, with additional pay for site days and overtime, averaging £3,000 to £4,000 extra annually.
