Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in delivering projects throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially astute, and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations while maintaining financial and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new project opportunities through strong business relationships.
Define and control project scope using company processes, ensuring clear communication with management and clients.
Address engineering challenges with practical solutions and maintain accurate risk/issue registers.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget, reporting variances promptly.
Prepare risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and handover reports.
Liaise with procurement, subcontractors, and technicians to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
Uphold the highest Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in line with company policies.

Person Specification

HND in Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years project engineering experience
Civil Engineering background is needed
Preferred: Experience in the water industry (not essential).
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organisation, and diplomacy skills.
