Job Title: Project Engineer / Project Manager
Location: Winnersh, Berkshire
Salary: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 (plus bonus & benefits)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent (Immediate Start)

We’re looking for a driven Project Engineer or Project Manager to join the Special Projects team delivering bespoke acoustic louvre and panel systems for construction projects across the UK.

You’ll take ownership of projects from handover through to completion, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure technical and commercial success.

This role involves site visits, so a full UK driving licence is essential. Applicants should have the right to live and work in the UK.

• Manage projects from sales handover to completion

• Liaise with clients and internal departments

• Oversee financial, technical, and design elements

• Conduct site surveys and manage RAMS & H&S documentation

• Coordinate CAD design and production schedules

• Organise deliveries and support installation process

• Final project handover and contribution to case study reviews

• Project Engineer: 2+ years in a similar role

• Project Manager: 5+ years in a similar role

• HNC/HND or equivalent industry experience preferred

• Experience interpreting technical drawings

• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Project

• Familiarity with CAD software (2D & 3D) beneficial

• IOSH or NEBOSH certification advantageous

• Detail-oriented and well-organised

• A confident communicator and collaborator

• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
