Project Engineer / Design Engineer required for our client, a well-established company who have been at the forefront of the commerical glasshouse construction industry in the UK and Ireland since 1985, supplying and equipping commercial greenhouses to Growers, Garden Centres and Research Institutions throughout the UK.

They are now looking for a Project Engineer / Design Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to progress into a managerial position.

Project Engineer / Design Engineer Job Overview

You will be required to assist with the running of projects, costings, site visits, liaising with clients, designing of Mechanical and Heating systems such as commercial boilers and heat pumps with piped hot water circuits. You will also be required to do some travel, covering Hull and the surrounding areas.

You will be covering works across commercial and construction projects within the Mechanical and HVAC industry, so having a background in this will be beneficial to this role. Having experience in designing products within a similar position will also be beneficial.

You will idealy have some project management experience, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Project Engineer / Design Engineer Job Requirements

• Commutable distance to Hull.
• CAD experience preferred
• Experience with project management in some aspects of commercial HVAC projects
• Experience designing HVAC systems
• Happy to travel
• Full UK Driving Licence
