Project Engineer

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for our client based in the Minworth area for a Project Engineer.

You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering engineering projects that improve manufacturing capablity. You will be required to produce and interpret technical drawings, manage contractors / suppliers, introduce new quipment and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilties:

* Lead projects

* Produce, review and amintain CAD drawings

* Specify, procure, install and commisison new machinery

* Manage project budgets and risks

* Manage contractors and supervise work on site.

* Manage suppliers

* Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing optimisation

* Ensure compliance with health and safety

Ideally, you will have HNC / HND in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing or mechatronic engineering.

* You must also have CAD (solidworks / AutoCAD or equilavent.

* Project management

* Problem solving and root cause analysis

* Stakeholder management
