Project Engineer - Mechanical

V7 are working with a leading engineering client who operate in the Utility Industry & other industries. They are undergoing significant growth and expanding all areas of the business.

They are looking to take on a Project Engineer (Mechanical) on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business and be part of the ongoing success. On offer is a salary of £45,000-£52,000 plus car / allowance & benefits.

You will play an imperative role in the forward growth of the business and you will have significant opportunities to progress.

Key duties:
 
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical works on assigned projects
Monitor progress against programme and report on status, risks, and issues
Coordinate mechanical activities with electrical, civil, and other disciplines
Assist with subcontractor management and site coordination
Review mechanical designs, drawings, and technical submissions
Coordinate design development with consultants and design teams
Resolve technical queries (RFIs) and support buildability reviews
Ensure works comply with HSE legislation and company procedures
