Remuneration: £45,000 - £49,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Engineer - Temporary Works will involve:

• Project Engineer position, leading and managing temporary works design, particularly for formwork and falsework structures
• Liaise with Tier 1’s including: Kier, Laing O’Rourke, Skanska, Bam Nuttall, Ground Construction Ltd, Munnings etc
• Produce and review detailed drawings and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Liaising regularly with the sales team to ensure the design brief is followed
• Carry out and verify structural calculations
• Work collaboratively with site teams, designers and subcontractors to implement safe and efficient temporary works

The ideal applicant will be Project Engineer - Temporary Works with:

• Must have Design Engineer / Project Engineer experience within the infrastructure temporary works market sector
• Must be familiar with design software such as AutoCAD / Revit
• Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Familiar with determining maximum bend moments, shear and deflection
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Tenacious, professional and high attention to detail
