Project Engineer/Manager, Newbury:
You will be responsible for bring two new products into full production very quickly. You will work with production manager and engineering manager but you will lead the NPI work Budgeting, procuring parts, reporting to the end customer and ensuring deadlines and commercial objectives are met Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of composite parts. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals. Monitor budgets and resources, making adjustments as needed to stay on track. Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise delays or issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project execution. Facilitate communication across departments to align objectives and timelines. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery methods.Profile
A successful Project Manager - Composite Parts should have:
Proven experience managing projects in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of composite materials and related manufacturing processes. Ideally have a technical background or qualification but certainly be able to read technical drawings and sign off amendments Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience. Permanent position within the industrial and manufacturing industry Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
